This Privacy Policy applies to the AZ Resume mobile application, developed by Arzensoft and available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and the website at azresume.io. “AZ Resume” refers to the app and website. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Arzensoft, which operates these services from Taiwan for users worldwide.

Information we collect and use
We process your sign-in information and the information you add to your resumes, such as your name, photo, contact details, education and employment history. We use this information to provide account, resume creation, storage and sharing features.
We also process usage information, device details and crash reports to improve the service and diagnose problems. This information may be linked to your account. If you purchase premium features, we process purchase and entitlement information to manage your access.
When you contact us, we use your messages and contact details to respond.
Storage and service providers
We use external providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting and purchase management. They process information needed to provide these services, potentially outside your country.
Cookies and local storage support sign-in, preferences and app functionality. Analytics may also use identifiers.
We retain information as needed to provide the service, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations. We may disclose information when required by law.
Sharing resumes
If you share a resume or enable a sharing link, others may access the information it contains. Only include information you intend to share, and obtain permission before adding another person’s details.
Delete your AZ Resume Creator account
You can delete your account at any time by following the account deletion instructions.
Your account and all associated data, including profiles, resumes and uploaded photos, will be deleted permanently and cannot be recovered. Copies already downloaded or shared outside AZ Resume will not be removed.
You can create a new account afterward using the same email or sign-in provider, but your previous data will not be restored.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
